Life‘s good with LG! LG Vehicle Component‘s Company focuses on eco-friendly automotive components. The VC Company produces high-quality in-car infotainment systems that deliver both information and entertainment on-the-go for many of the world‘s biggest automobile brands.
We, LG Vehicle Component Solutions Development Center Vietnam (VS DCV), conduct core R&D activities, and various product reliability tests in support of our vehicle component business.
With the key missions of offering an environment that enables colleagues to demonstrate their capabilities, focus on their work and create value & delivering the “invaluable” HR services & solutions that contributes to a company’s business success, We – HR Team of LG VS DCV is now seeking member to be a part of our team.
As a C&B Staff, your main responsibilities will be:
1. C&B Operation
• Be in charge of staff social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance;
• Be in charge of personal income tax declaration, finalization & dependence registration;
• Check attendance, calculate monthly salary for regular & outsourcing employees & make payment request for outsourcing vendor;
• Handle labor contract process including probation evaluation, contract renewal…;
• Administer HR procedures & provide guidance to employees when necessary;
• Assist in implementing and administering C&B programs;
• Fill staff dossiers, manage & update HR information system & master list of employees;
• Ensure that the C&B operations remain compliant with the current labor legislation; collecting legal documents and advising the management on the change of relevant regulations when necessary;
• Be in charge of annual goal setting, performance evaluation, salary review, bonus and promotion, as well as other operations/process linked to staff management, compensation and benefit.
2. HR Reports & Consultancy
• Prepare periodical labor reports to submit to Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;
• Join in the initiatives to improve or optimize HR procedures;
• Collect and sort legal documents; support in providing legal updates to HR teams and the Management;
• Collect documents and information for HR audits and check their quality; support the coordination of HR audits.
3. Others
• Support other HR activities on request;
• Perform ad-hoc tasks when necessary and on Leaders’ assignment.

Yêu cầu công việc

• At least 4 years of working experience in C&B in foreign companies;
• Sound understanding of current HR legislation, policies and practices in Vietnam;
• Good English skills;
• Careful, detail-oriented, highly organized, and keen on working with figures;
• Confidentiality commitment;
• Good organizational skills, resourceful and with ability to multi-tasks;
• Good teamwork skills;
• MS Office efficiency;
• Willing to support other team members & take more responsibilities;
• Having previous working experience in big scale Korean or Japanese companies is a plus.
